ORDER and SHIP

Please fill out the Order Form (Click on form at right to open.). Attach one order form to each quilt. Remember, on your first order, you get 10% off the quilting and there is no limit on the number of quilts you can send with the first order. All out-of-state clients DO NOT pay taxes. Out-of-State clients pay for shipping which is generally the same price as the tax in most cases.

Shipping

Please use any carrier you prefer when shipping. I personally use USPS for all my shipping needs. Priority Flat Rate boxes are free and conveniently available at your local post office. If you live close to Utah, a regular Priority box may be cheaper than the flat rate box. If you use USPS, insure your package (optional) and/or use Delivery Confirmation. All quilts will be returned using USPS Priority mail (insurance optional per your request).

Place your top and back in a plastic bag to protect it against the elements.
